Great print quality, phenomenal customer service.
Upon receiving my Munbyn I found the install process easy to do. The print quality is excellent and the speed at which it rattles out labels is impressive.Sadly I had an issue with my printer whereby it stopped responding.Munbyn customer services have been fantastic! They tried everything they could to resolve the issue through correspondence and technical assistance but sadly my device just wouldn’t play the game. After all avenues were ventured Munbyn have sent me a brand new printer to replace my failed one with no hesitation.It has truly been a pleasure to deal with them in an age where customer services seem to be failing the customer.It gives me confidence moving forward that should I have any issues again they will do their upmost to try and help.Many thanks!!

Quality printer
Good size all in one with label roll inside, print quality is good, easy to use and prints labels

A must for any small business or online seller
I took a chance buying this, as I had never heard of this company before and the item did not have many reviews. I do a lot of online selling and was looking to reduce the cost of replacement cartridges for my ink jet printer. The Zebra label printer that everyone raves about was too expensive, but this one worked on the same principle: label reel within the machine. The label printer arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Set up was easy, and the firmware for the printer comes on a smart-looking USB stick. It's also shipping with a small number of 6x4 labels. The machine reads the size of the label you want to use and prints to that size. Oh, and it prints quickly too. Well worth the money.

Great printer great price
So I was looking for a label printer for my eBay business, looked at zebra as they seem to be raved about. However I went for this at a cheaper price and works great, fast and easy to install. I was printing labels in no time. If you don’t want to splash near £300 for a zebra then get this. Also the labels are inside and not on a tray outside the printer like some of them which is also great.

Amazing label machine
I love the look, print speed . Really easy to install and works on my Mac no problems. I hope Munbyn upgrade it to be wireless in the future and that would be amazing. Also to note it holds a thousand labels in one roll no need to change rolls often

Nightmare to set up
I find it really hard to set it up properly to print UPS labels. The printer is installed but UPS doesn't see the printer. So I have to take a screenshot, convert it to PDF and then it is still printing smaller than the paper.I think I'll return it this weekend. More work than cutting labels out of A4 sheet.

Much better than Dymo
Was fed up with our Dymo 4XL.Tried this. Much better. And takes the really large rolls as well.Only downside is that it lacks a metal tear strip like the Dymo, so stick to using the labels which are perforated.Or if using up your existing label stock, use scissors after printing.Still miles better than the Dymo.
