Wir lieben diese Brotdose und ist immer im Einsatz. Wirklich auslaufsicher und es fällt nichts durcheinander. Dose kann ich absolut empfehlen.Leider kümmert der Verkäufer sich nicht, wenn mal was kaputt geht, obwohl es 2 Jahre Garantie auf die Dose gibt. Also lieber woanders kaufen, wo man auch seiner Pflicht als Verkäufer nachkommt.

These were great for the few months they lasted. Bought in summer of 2020 but didn’t use until fall 2021, used about 3 times per week from Mid August to October then both started leaking, there appear to be nics in the rubber ( I’m not sure from what but it happened to both boxes) now they leak liquid. Contacted Bentgo Customer service on 11/1/21. Sent all requested information on 11/3, didn’t hear back replied as the internal unit had cracked on 11/12 and I had not heard back yet, got a reply stating they didn’t get proof of purchase or address. Sent screen shot of all of that that I sent on 11/3... they replied but then said I needed resend pictures. I did so on 11/19, now I’ll wait some more. However, if it takes much longer I’ll be looking for a new brand. Called customer service and got a generic answering system that didn’t state it was for the company, when I got a real person she said hello but didn’t act like she could hear me. Disappointed. They were great while they lasted but too expensive to not last a full school yearUpdate: I received an email on 11/24 stating a replacement would be sent- I did receive a replacement for one of the leaking boxes which I greatly appreciate. Updating to 3 stars! It’s unclear if I’ll also receive the 2nd boxes replacement but sent an inquiry regarding that detail and will update again once a response is given.

This bentgo box has made packing lunches so much easier. We have been able to offer my sons a variety of foods every day for lunch at school. It’s great because there are so many separate compartments and if your kids are picky nothing is touching :). In addition, bentgo has amazing customer service!

I have purchased at least 6 of these and also always buy them as part of birthday gifts for others children because the are the best. The first one I bought is over 3 years old and still used weekly. Follow instruction and only use the dishwasher on the inner part, and soap and water on the outer shell but also wash the seal of the outer shell with vinegar water occasionally to keep it in the best condition.
