I used the pre- shampoo on my hair once I took my braids down and allowed it to set for 30 minutes on my hair, I then rinsed it out and used another shampoo 99% less shedded hair and hair was super soft. Will use again.

I have to write a review for this product because I am definitely the un-suspecting suspect. I have bi-racial children and grandchildren with varying White/Afro - Caribbean- American heritage. So, my hair product variety is substantial...But,I am a Caucasian person with very long thick hair and I LOVE this product. I use the shampoo on wet hair, and work up a good lather when mixed with water. EXTREMELY moisturizing. Then I apply the conditioner liberally, and let sit for 3 - 5 minutes before rinsing.It's priced for sustainability and very versatile.I highly recommend👍👍

I bought this set for my daughter's hair which is really dry 4c hair, it's a little better but not much. It works better on my older daughter's hair who has more of a 4A type hair. I do like the conditioner for my 4A-4B hair but my hair is not really dry. So not a totally waste.
