I’ve only used the botanical shampoo and conditioner a few times. I have noticed I am not loosing as much hair after shampoo and conditioning. It also gives my hair a nice shine.

Shampoo seems to be the same as every other bottle of Aveda shampoo I’ve used, and I’ve have been using this product for 5 years. The conditioner is absolutely not what is typically distributed. This conditioner is not as thick as usual, the coloration is white when compared to all the other times I’ve ordered and used it. The conditioner should be a cream color, off white with a hue of beige-yellow. The product I received does not feel the same, and it does not leave my hair feeling the same.

I love all Aveda products. My hair is very thin and fragile. Being plant-based products, shampoos and conditioners are very important for my hair.
