Discovery Kids Princess Play Castle

This tent is adorable and fun for my little princess to play in - The reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it's not easily collapsable. It has tent-like poles that have a cord running through them. I originally purchased this because we have a small play area and i thought that we could just twist this and it would become flat for storage when not in use. That is not the case... So we have this (plus a rocket ship one) taking up a lot of space in our play area... It is very cute and she loves playing in it though! :)

I have 3 girls ages 6, 3 and 2 who aren't always the easiest on toys, but this tent is holding up pretty well. It is super cute and they seem to love playing with it. I'm glad "Santa" put this under the treeUpdate: The tent lasted my girls 2 months and then that was it we had to trash it. It was super cute, and would have probably lasted a little longer for an older or calmer child. My girls are good about taking care of their toys, but they had a lot of fun with the castle and got a little to excited about playing in it and it just couldn't hold up to their excitement.

I was pleased with this purchase. The shipping was timely, the packaging was appropriate (not to mention the handy storage case when not in use), and the setup was a breeze. The size of this tent is actually pretty impressive. My almost 4 year old is on the tall side and she can easily stand up in it. I fit into the tent with her and the baby with a little room to spare, which is pretty fun for family play time. The quality of this tent is much like those pop-up hampers, but without the cheap mesh material. It IS a thinner material but it is already proving to withstand the "crushing" that comes along with excitable play of the younger children. I am not entirely confident of it's ability to last a long time or withstand ripping, but we have just received this tent and it would be unfair to go based on this assumption. I would have been happier if the tent had been folded up better upon boxing it, as the rectangular tops of the castle "walls" were folded (therefore wrinkled and not all standing up erect as they should) and it gives a cheaper appearance. This really wasn't a huge deal to us though, as I said, the size of the product was impressive and it completely does the trick in stimulating the imagination of the little ones! Overall, I would definitely recommend this product! It makes an absolutely adorable addition to my girls' playroom!

The play castle tent was easy to put up and to take down. Fits perfectly into the little round carrying pouch. My 4 year old granddaughter really enjoys playing with it. She even takes naps in it. The colors are vibrant and just the way it is described and pictured. I recommend setting up the tent prior to use so the wrinkles have a chance to hang out. Reasonably priced and hours of fun.

The age recommendation of 3 years/4 years and up is too restrictive. This is great for younger babies!!! I bought it for a little girl for her first birthday - she had played with it elsewhere and had so much fun and had it on her first birthday wishlist. And she loved it once I bought it for her.For a younger age you need to supervise only because supervision is required at that age regardless. But this is a very fun gift for toddlers younger than 3 too.

Bought this for my nieces (ages 3 and 5). I wasn't expecting much, but I was expecting a little better than this. When I pulled it out of the package, some of the seams were already pulling apart.Right now, it is all in one piece. However, it doesn't seem like it will last very long. Very very thin materials.They love it ... but I hope it is more durable than it appears.

It came damaged with a major dent in the wire. I returned it for a full refund. My neighbor has the same one. Before purchasing ours for the purpose of replaces theirs which they kindly lent to us, I was shocked how quickly and easily the wire bent out of shape causing the castle to flop to the ground lifelessly.

Bought for my oldest daughter who outgrew it. Lost it. Had to buy again for youngest and newest princess:)
