Wish we bought one years ago!
We have wire around our chimney cap to keep the birds out so it clogs up occasionally. It's a very tall chimney so getting up on the roof to clean it isn't an option. We were tired of waiting for a chimney sweep to come out every time we needed and charging an arm and a leg. The soot eater worked perfectly to clear the cap and was easy to use. My wife and I had it cleaned and wood stove burning again in less than an hour. I recommend this product.
