Blood pressure medicine didn't work well but this kept me calm and actually lowered my blood pressure to the right level. Very happy!

I was skeptical at first when buying this as I wasn't sure if it would actually "work". I drink a lot of coffee during the day so I sometimes have trouble calming my mind at night. After using this product the last 2 days, I have definitely noticed a difference at night. I've used this product a few hours before bed to help unwind and it helps calm my mind at night which is exactly the effect I was hoping for when purchasing this.For anyone curious about taste, it was fruity and very easy to drink. Nuvia suggests approx. 8-12 ounces of water, but I typically will even use 16-20 ounces as it helps increase my water intake as well with great flavor. I highly recommend this product and i'll definitely be purchasing this again in the future.

like most at first glance, i was skeptical. but they really do work! gives a “zen” feeling, i cant really explain. doesn’t make me drowsy during the day and makes it easier to sleep at night.

We were so excited when our package arrived. It truly did not disappoint! Nuvia was surprisingly super tasty! Definitely takes the edge off - which tackling full time work and 3 teenage boys during a pandemic says something!

The flavor is good and doesn't taste artificial like some other stuff I tried.
