UPDATE: It will take a little while to see if the durability issue on the tilt hardware was a fluke or is flawed, but so far my replacement is great. Customer service reached out about the issue, corrected the problem with a replacement and accommodated my medical needs in doing so without making me feel worse about it. I will update my review again as we find out if it lasts because we really do like the product!! I would say if you are concerned by any reviews, you can be comforted in knowing they are a solid company to stand behind their product in a way few do anymore. I greatly appreciate the time and attention they took to remedy the problem. I would definitely buy from them again!ORIGINAL: Really pretty, seemed very well made. It was on a solidly weighted base, so no worries about it flying away. Despite being closed, on a windy day, the pole snapped at the joint where you can tilt & adjust it. Second try because the first one arrived damaged. I think I will try something different after the 2 strikes. I don’t have time to keep dealing with time consuming return issues and product weaknesses.

Pros: Umbrella looks great and fabric seems very good quality. Cons: every time you lower the umbrella, the pockets that attach the canopy to the spokes slide off and you have to re-attach them the next time you raise the umbrella. I cut some strips of duct tape to attach the pockets to the spokes which will somewhat solved the problem. Update: received a response from the vendor noting that they hope to resolve the design issue. Very impressed with that level of customer service. Additional update: vendor refunded the cost of the umbrella even though I had agreed to keep it without refund. Unbelievable customer service, they go the extra mile!

Update 2022: the tilt mechanism has failed, appears to be cheap cast metal and it could not hold up to normal use. So now it's either tilted all the time or I need to somehow drill and pin. Fabric is holding up well.Original: Looks great and feels sturdy. As with all umbrellas I will make sure it is secured since falling on the side will break any of them.

I love my umbrella. It was really easy to put up and looks amazing with my patio set. I love that the umbrella is sturdy and very well put together. Great value for the price.

Looks nice with our new patio set! It was easy to put up…hoping it lasts a while.Update: Went to put up umbrella this year, and a part must have fallen off as now we can’t get it to stay upright. It just bends from left to right (tilt feature). If there is any way to get a spare part (where the spring is near metal part) we could repair it.

The pole snapped like a chopstick with a mild wind blow. When tried to put it back together it alligator-snapped the skin of my palm and fingers. Some of the parts had worn out screw heads which indicated this umbrella was a refurbished product and not new. It also arrived with the top piece that screws to the pole, missing.ANOTHER AMAZON SELLER SCUM!

UPDATE: Bluu had such great customer service and was very prompt in sending a replacement! No issues with the new one and it seems the tilt issue I had was a one-off problem.Original: A few months after receiving This umbrella was great until it wasn’t. Beautiful to look at but now can only be used in the tilt position as it no longer “locks” upright/straight. Huge disappointment.

I was expecting better quality of the material and shape.
