My son started having frequent seizures in January this year and doctor prescribed him Keppra. After adjusting the dose the seizures stopped but he started to be very irritated and crying for long periods so I started giving him this vitamin every day and he is very calm and happy now!

Definitely works for relieving my PMS symptoms. I tried another brand , but this is 100% better and more potent.

After reading the book period manual by lara briden I had to buy some supplements to help heal my hormones. Vitamin b6 was one of them but she says we should take a low dosage twice a day and most of the supplemets out there are 100mg 1 cap/day and the ones that are not have magnesium stearate/fillers (ugghhh) so this was the one I could find that match my criteria. It is not bad however it doesnt last any long so it is not worth the value

Cannot be without this. Initially taken to address KPU/HPU as result of Lyme but realised that it's also essential to enable help thte body deal with Oxalates. Last time I ran out and didn't take it for a week or two a plate of beetroot and some spinach made me so sick that I nearly ended up in hospital. Back on it again, no problems with Oxalates. I've learnt about the Lyme-Thyroid-B6-Oxalate connection from one of the US FM experts (you tube) and wish I'd known this two years ago (first Oxalate problems after chronic toxic mould exposure). Thought I'll share with the community as others may benefit.
