Strongly recommend you to go up by 1 letter. I ordered twice. I returned the "Small" size as it fits abit tight on me even though I have a small petite frame. Medium fits perfect on my body. It is strecthy and looks natural. Just do not let anyone to feel your behind, ok?

I weigh about 93lbs, hips about 33”. A small is a little tight on me. It’s probably a good thing the stretch on the material is fairly strong to keep its shape. I feel like I’m right on the edge with this size. My thigh measurement around the upper leg is 19.75” and I there is a little tightness on the inner thigh/crotch area, but not horrible.The padding is enough to show a change and even though it’s tight around the hips (it doesn’t go up any higher than 2.5” below my belly button), it’s not so tight that I can’t forget about it while wearing it. You will get a muffin top with this if you’ve got your own natural padding around the waist so be aware if you need something that gives you tummy control as well.Overall, it works. I got this to wear under fitted dresses and my jeans that are way too big on me now (trying to gain some healthy weight back).Hope this helps!

I have been flat my whole life and it has always been one of my biggest insecurities. I found these pads on Amazon about 2 years ago and have purchased 3 pairs. They give me just what I need back there for that extra boost of confidence without overdoing it. I would 100% recommend these! The material on the front is thin and breathable so you do not feel too layered (I wear mine over my underwear). I like that the pads are built in and not the removable/adjustable pads, it gives a more proportional natural look! I wear mine with every type of clothing; Jeans, leggings, dresses etc. I buy the 1X. I am 5'4 and 250lbs. I could probably use a 2X but it is not offered and a 1X still fits fine.

Size up. The padding is a little stiff so if you have a booty already and just need a little oomph it feels like it’s pushing it down rather than cradling. But it does look good in a pair of jeans.

I love these. I’m 5’2 and around 100lbs. X-Small fits fantastic. Definitely true to size. If you are looking to add shape to your booty and don’t need high rise shape where, I highly recommend these. Very Flattering & comfortable too, they felt like regular underwear. By far the best I’ve tried. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! I’ll be buying more! :)))

the top waistband was a little small so I had to cut that so it didn't "dig in" and leave lines, but after that it worked out well..... First time in the life EVER that someone complimented my ass! Order it an extra size up (I am a small and I ordered a large which worked out well)

I would I liked about this product, was that it did enhance my behind, it looks very natural and, the material is very nice and soft. It gives you just enough to make you look really nice from behind, the only negative thing was that it was a little too tight around my waist, I am a size medium in underwear and I’m a size 6 in jeans, I ordered the medium but if I would’ve ordered the large I think it would’ve been too big, so I Managed to stretch out the material and it ended up sitting pretty good, overall I am enjoying wearing them

Very flattering for the fanny but the panty needs to be a little bigger. I would suggest sizing up.

Absolutely love it, I wear them over my knickers. I wear them with my slim fit trousers and you can not see any outline or round padding lines. Perfect.. the emphasis of the padding is more top of bum, so I found th pants keep rising up a little when I sit down. If you’re a size 10 get a large.

I ordered size S as follow the size guide. Im size 8 and they were far two small I cannot even get them up!! So I placed the other order of all sizes to try on. Size L are perfectly fit. However they are low rise so only sat under my belly. I was really please with my butt size after I put them on... it looked natural under a trousers.

porto una S e infatti la taglia S mi va benissimo (mi sono state utilissime le risposte che mi hanno dato le recensioni). sono imbottite al punto giusto ,fanno davvero una bella forma, MA : solo da indossare sotto i jeans stretti o sotto tessuti in lycra molto spessi,perchè se no si vede il segno e si nota che c'è qualcosa di posticcio. Quindi,ASSOLUTAMENTE VIETATI sotto vestitini o leggings leggeri! ( indossati sotto una mini di jeans sono perfetti,un lato B notevole!) spedizione Amazon veloce . Prezzo super conveniente rispetto alla marca americana. Che altro dirvi? Comprateli ma indossateli con criterio.

I am a size 10-12 and ordered a large on advice of other reviews. They are snug but give me the desired effect! Will definitely consider ordering more!
