LxTekCompatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 902XL 902 XL to use with Officejet 6978 6968 6962 6954 6975 Printers (1 Cyan 1 Magenta 1 Yellow, 3 Pack)

I’m on my 3rd round of ordering LxTek replacement ink. Cost is reasonable as far as inks go and it works great in my printer. No issues, Lasts as long as the originals do so I have zero complaints.

They replaced for free. All is good. Just don’t order in advance of needing in case hp updates firmware

Arrived promptly. Would not work with the printer. Did not feel like being in the phone as many reviewers have mentioned to get these to work plus I opened the blue and it had started to leak. Returned.

Color is not quite as vibrant as other brands but plenty good for normal use.

These are *much* better (longer lasting) than the dubious levels of the OEM HP 902XL cartridges.Another plus about LxTek and a handful of other brands is that you can buy a set of Red / Yellow / Blue ink cartidges __without__ having to also buy a box that also includes black ink. I typically run out of the colors before the 902XL black cartridges run out. I already have enough spare black ink cartridges to probably last me a year before I run out.A TIP: I suggest that you **Don't** use HP's automatic ink reordering service. IMHO, HP's service is not a good value. I mistakenly used the service for the first 6 months I had my printer, and quickly realized it was a ripoff. Even HP's expensive XL cartridges appear to have much less ink than compatibles from LxTek and other companies, and so the printer quickly submits reorders. Once I realized the issue, I turned that service off and just buy ink only when I actually need it.

The cartridges did work in my printer without any print quality issues and saved me a bunch on the cost of ink while I was troubleshooting a clogged printhead that I eventually solved printing test pages with these

I could not get the yellow to work.

Good quality prints for a fraction of the cost of a HP toner.
