Jay Manuel Beauty The Everything Mascara - Noir

I've been using Jay Manuel Beauty Line for two years and this Mascara is fierce in it's design an application. I highly recommend.

Been using prior to this through Jay Manuel, but had a discount through Amazon and will ALWAYS use any discounts when Amazon offers them. Thank you. Normally this is "outrageously" over priced. It's a GREAT mascara, and I've tried many. Stays all day and doesn't rub off.

Aside from the fact that the product missed 2 expected delivery dates. I was really disappointed with it. There was no indication which was setting 1 or 2. Didn't lengthen or thicken my lashes. It did remove easily.
