Also stone is naturally cool which will keep your drink much cooler, much longer than traditional ice cubes will. Whiskey Stones are well known for being used in hard liquors but are also great to use in any type of drink. Each stone is hand crafted into a cube and made to have gentle edges. They are made out of 100% pure soapstone. The stones may absorb a very small amount of liquid from a drink but it is not a noticeable amount and they should be washed after each use. The wooden box the stones come in is great to use as a nice display or a great way to give them as a gift. The velvet pouch is used for freezing and storing the stones. Whiskey Stones should be placed in their velvet bag and frozen for a minimum of 4 hours before use! They should also be washed before their first use and after each use.
