I don't want to give this a bad review, because I'm sure it's actually a great product. Well, I can't read the instructions, and it expired before I could actually get a chance to use it. I honestly can't find any good instructions online. If you do plan to use this product, please be sure to do a test strand on your hair. If the strand gets damaged, or if you don't like the outcome, don't use this product. Since most can't read it, it might be a good idea to take to an actually hair stylist. They probably know what to do. Plus, it's a good idea to make sure your hair is the right type for this, and if your hair is already too damaged.

the English instruction on website is unclear, I just used the product and I am very disappointed. i don't feel like it works to straight my hair, instead, I feel like I was taking an hour and half just to wash my hair. the substance felt like glue and made my hair stick together. I don't feel smooth on my hair. I think a better shampoo and conditioner works better than this.. would not recommend buying it. totally a failure. besides, the product they sent is different than described, I thought it's just an upgraded version so I did not pay attention to it. just don't buy it, waste of money

FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK SOOO LONG TO GET IT WHICH I UNDERSTOOD BUT THE WORST THING IS THE INSTRUCTIONS WAS IN JAPANESE WHICH I HAD TO GOOGLE IT IN ENGLISH AND THE WORST OF THE WORST IS THE PRODUCT OH MY GOD IT WAS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT IT DID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO MY HAIR NO MATTER WHAT I EXPLAIN I WON'T BE ABLE TO DISCRIBE MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT,IT'S A DISASTER.

there is no english instruction how to use the product! it is expired too. i waited for almost 2 month got this product.

Good product, arrived well before expected date.

Regardless of all the bad comments I read, this product is really good (at least for my hair) it does smell but I wouldn’t expect it not to as it’s chemical.... it last around 2 months or more (depending on your hair growth) I love it. It’s the second time I used it and as always really good ..... I do agree it doesn’t have instructions nor gloves ... they should but I managed to find them

Very smelly but actually worked on my hair lasted a few months we're as other products lasted a week and come out once I washed my hair will be buying again.
