The actual structure of the jeans looks well made. The seams look good and the fabric is thick and not very stretchy. Button hole too small.These have an adjustable waist, so I’d go up in size if I was to order again.Product fit on my child- somewhat small/short side, compared to designer jeans. I got my very thin, very tall, almost 10 year old - a size 10 in these Children’s Place jeans.For reference she is just under five feet tall, 4ft 10 or 11, weighs less than 70 lbs, and has a petite build.For comparison- I recently bought her an 8 in Vanillastar brand jeans and it was perfect.She’s wearing a 10/12 in Walmart/Target brands and the clothes there are usually short and loose, we have to buy for length and take in waists. A 14/16 there swims on her. If the waist needs to fit - like on leggings- a 7/8 works.This being a name brand I ordered down, but not down to an 8. I should have gone up. These barely fit.Additionally the button hole was so tight that *I* couldn’t button and unbutton without a lot of trouble. There was no way she could do it. We needed the jeans for a trip so I modified the button hole with an elastic loop so she could either pull them off or use the loop to button instead of the button hole.So while these jeans are useable for the moment, we won’t get a lot of wear out of them. And for the price, which is great for the quality, I’d reorder in the next size, but since she can’t unbutton them, I’ll be looking elsewhere and keeping this as a last resort, but ordering up if I do.

Interesting sizing. For *skinny jeans* they were a bit roomier than what was expected, with waist and hip being almost the same size. I thought this might be a problem until I started working with the elastic waistband and buttons on both sides of the jeans. Sure enough there were enough options so my 12 year old niece, who is 85 pounds, got a *custom fit* on her 4' 10" frame. We also made sure that there wouldn't be any strange puckering from the elastic band. Something a preteen is VERY aware of. The real test will be to see if the buttons hold up. Material is lightweight compared to other 100% cotton jeans.

I am a petite 30 year old woman. So small in fact, that I have to buy girl jeans. With that being said, I'd recommend a size up. The size I typically wear was too tight, and I couldn't get them over my thighs. But, nothing a little sew job can't fix. Once completed, they fit perfect! (It was easier than returning and buying another size!)

My daughter is very tall for her age. These are perfect. I love the length. It is very difficult to find jeans to fit her. We are right at the limit for girls. At times I have to go to women's small sizes to find jeans that will give us the length that we need. These fit perfectly for her. Great buy

I loved the size 10 skinny jeans of this brand we got for my daughter last year. They fit much better than the other brand we ordered at the same time. So, I ordered the size 12 when her size 10s got a little snug and short. Unfortunately, these fit as tight or tighter than the previous ones which were a size smaller. They are plenty long, but she can't get them fastened, so we'll need to return them. You would think that a size up would increase in girth as well, but these didn't seem to.

My daughter has a pair of the same jeans in a size 8 and they’re really snug so I bought the same kind since they’re so durable. However, the size 10s are swimming on her! They’re far too big and I’m not sure how there’s such a big gap in between sizes. I love this brand but I’m not sure where the disconnect is.

I’m not sure what the problem is with these jeans but I bought them for my 5 year old, who is tall and very skinny and we couldn’t even button them on her. The waist is crazy small. Everything else is great. The length and inseam, but they are waaayyy too tight. Unfortunately my daughter loves to remove tags so I got stuck with them.

My daughter is 8 going on 9 and weight is 80 pounds. Sizing chart says get a 12. Well my daughter has a little belly so I got a 14 slim which are to tight. I then purchased a 14 plus and she is swimming in them 🤬🤬. At this point I will never purchase again due to sizing issue. It shouldn’t be such a huge difference in size.

No había comprado antes blue jeans en Children's place... pero vale la pena... los jeans son muy bonitos, cómodos y la ecuación de valor inmejorable. Le quedan perfectos a mi hijita.

Lo que destaco de este producto es la calidad de la tela (un poco gruesa, no elastizada), la cintura con elástico ajustable y que no se destiñe al lavarlo, además de un excelente precio.

Los pedimos más grandes y si, son largos para una jovencita mas alta que la mía, los color claro, son casi iguales, en una lavada se emparejan en tono los claros no son tan claros como en la foto, pero cumplen para lo que queremos
