Small book heavy on refreshment
I am not a dentist but in a former professional life, I was a dental technician. This diminutive review book is chock full of questions with included answers as a prep for dental exams in Britain. The layout is simple, information really is universal, and I have learned a lot in the week I've been referencing the book. This is a good study guide or refresher.

Very useful for anyone medically involved with dentistry or dental claims. British publication, some terms in British English.
I am an RN case manager of complex trauma claims. They involve dental issues quite often. This was a very interesting read for me as nursing education does not prepare one for dental claims or causation issues. I found the Q and A aspects helpful as a test of my working knowledge. The book does contain some British terms so be aware you may need to tweak them a bit in your reading if you are American.I really like that this book illuminates areas that none of my other references cover. Excellent resource for medical professionals who need to understand dental health and procedures.

Pertinent and focused
Hugh Devlin's "Review Questions for Dentistry" is exactly as described. It is a book of review questions on various dental topics and then the answers. It does seem to be geared towards UK dental practices but it also seems to be pertinent for any dental studies. It cuts to the chase so there isn't any distractions on the page which is nice.
