Works great
Working super good fair play.Except you don’t get a base to grow the crystals

Disappointed
Was for a Christmas gift. Doesn't come with a growth chamber and there wasn't a piece of amethyst inside the box either.

Waste of money!
Bought this as I thought it would be an interesting experiment for my home educated daughter. The kit was rubbish. There was no growing chamber as the instructions suggest and the instructions were very unclear, one part says ass 200ml, another part says 30ml & another part says fill to the line on the measuring chamber. It says stir until the powder is dissolved and the power just wouldn’t dissolve despite stirring for about 10 mins. Crystal didn’t grow. Absolute waste of money and disappointed child! Don’t bother with this product.

Good but not as described
My son loved doing this and watching his crystal grow but the crystal is not green as advertised. This disappointed him. Also a little confused as the instructions say to fill the growing chamber to the fill line yet they don’t provide you with a growing chamber! Box doesn’t list it as included either so it’s not a case of it missing from my box. Yet they detail the chamber in the instructions. Luckily I had one from another kit I could use. You need one for the experiment, and given the price, it definitely should be included and disappointing it’s not. Haven’t seen it glow in the dark yet.

Ok but not great
Description states it contains everything you need to complete the experiment yet the instructions refer to a growing chamber that isn't included.Instructions also have conflicting information on them - one line says 200ml boiled water and a later line refers to 30ml boiled water. It was impossible to know which was correct and the instructions said to pour until the fill line on the growing chamber... The growing chamber that doesn't exist in the kit!The crystal also isn't green like in the picture, have yet to find out if it actually glows as only did it today.Really disappointed in this kit, I expected better from national geographic.
