So I am using this heat bed as I write this and I am sweating my butt off! I bought this because I moved too far away from the tanning salon I was going to that offered this infared type body wrap. I was a bit skeptical to buying this because I thought it wouldn't work as well as the spa I went to that used FIT system, well, this works better I think! I use a clean sheet on the inside to absorb the sweat. Seriously, all I need to buy is a spray tan airbrush machine and I have my own spa system at home! The company I bought this from was really professional, very secure packaging, and easy to set up. I truely have lost 10 lbs on this type of infared wrap ( when I was using at spa) but the pounds keep coming off now that I can use at my leisure anytime at home. Make sure you drink lots of water before during and after. This is a great system and a trustworthy amazon seller,I trusted a lot of money to them for this purchase and they delivered an excellent product! Happy sweating.......

There has been a plethora or research regarding Far infrared technology. I've had this product for 1 month and use it every day in the morning for 30 min. Far infrared has been studied by the Medical community in Europe, Japan, China, and more recently in the U.S.. I would suggest that a consumer starting to research FIR, review peer review medical journals regarding the benefits of this treatment. At first I could only tolerate 20-30 min but it can help detoxify toxins stored in fat cell. Promoting circulation and sweating out toxic substances at the cellular level. Far Infrared is light that cannot be seen by the human eye. It has the property of vibrating the cells safely producing heat, detoxification and promoting sweating. Further more promoting thermogenesis.

Unfortunately, this FAR Infrared Body Wrap Sauna Blanket did not meet my expectations. To start with, the one I received was a one-zone blanket even though I ordered the 3-zone, and overall it just wasn't warm enough for my needs, which ultimately was the main issue. I have used sauna blankets for many years now, and this model didn't supply the type of heat that I am accustomed to getting in a wrap. It is a decent blanket if you do not require high heat or don't require 3 zones. Had to return it.

It does not heat up like the blanket at the weight loss center. I do not sweat until 40 minutes into the session and when I do it is not much.

I had no ideal this would be so nice. It connected so easy and heats up fast and I can change the setting on each zone. I spent 3 times this amount for my first one and it was a lemon. easy to clean and rotate.Thank you

Oh, dear, I sweat a great deal from using this blanket. But, I could only tolerate 30 minutes a day in this blanket and it sure can help detoxify any serious toxins stored in our bodies. Because of that purpose, I found this blanket to be very useful.

I did not receive remote, no way to turn it on or off, so expensive useless piece of junk. NOT what is pictured in the picture. Should have heeded other reviewers. I vote DO NOT BUY :(
