Excelent, But...
I had to download a custom ( non mfg ) driver. I could not get the speeds I desired, until I surfed for quite a while to find a driver for this. ( I'm using a AMD threadripper mob ). The disc did not allow me to update the driver, as win 10 always thinks it has the best driver, whether you like it or not. However, after some fumbling, I got the thing working at 20Gbps speed. LOVE IT.

Great USB-C Expansion Card
I am still using the USB-C Expansion Card to this day. I used it with my Quest 2 and a Link Cable, and it worked great with the official cable for the Quest until I broke it. I definitely recommend this Expansion Card if you need a reliable USB-C connection. I'm currently using it for my YubiKey and my Corsair Keyboard. As a note, Amazon did send me the wrong card initially. The card I received has 1 USB-C port and 1 USB-A port, making it a 2-port card. The card still works fantastically, but I paid more money for the wrong card.

Disappointed with Amazon for selling this
How is Amazon itself selling this (dirt cheap, unreliable, nonfunctioning product from China) and not a third-party seller is beyond me. This product has two ports with 1 for quick charging and when you plug your phone in it the quick charge port is recognized as a data transfer port, no charge at all. For how expensive it is, it's useless. Imma just test its other port to see if it actually supports 20 Gbps and then buy this from China.UPDATE: This can only reach a speed of 1600 MB/s which is no where near 2000 MB/s when I tested my external drive with my other two USB 3.2 gen 2x2 ports (around 2000-2100 MB/s) which you can see from my two pictures. I guess 1600 MB/s is the max speed since I also test it with my PCIE 3.0×2 port with an NVME expansion card. Overall, not worth it since the quick charge port doesn't work

I may have gotten a bad one
This card somewhat worked, it linked my Oculus Quest headset to my computer in the green, instead of the orange that I got with using the regular USB slot, which meant I was getting top data speed. But I imediately noticed that my Oculus Quest power drain was very bad. After 30 minutes I was down to below 30 minutes, after an hour, forget about it, the headset was done. Then I noticed that the link cable was fitting snug in the card slot and it got worse and worse, until it got to the point if you breathed on it my headset was disconnected. I replaced this with a StarTech.com PCIe USB 3.1 Card - 2x USB C 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) - PCIe Gen 3 x4 - ASM3142 Chipset - USB Type C PCI Express Card (PEXUSB312C3), also on Amazon. It also connected in the green, after 1 hour it had only dropped to 97% charge. As I stated in the header, I may have gotten a bad one, but I wasn't going to waste my time giving them a second chance.

It is not plug and play
I installed on Windows 10. Windows 10 automatically picked a driver for me. However, that driver does not work with USB stick. I then used their driver which Windows 10 complained having a virus. I installed it anyway. It works with USB sticks.

Not bad speeds! But detection a bit of an issue.
Attaching usb-c achieved very good speeds but it has trouble detecting the usb device unless you do a scan in Device Manager in Windows 10. Have tried standard Microsoft drivers and the ones provided from IOCrest. Not sure why and if it might be a firmware issue.
