use this all the time for nerve pain or swelling; best product out there; lasts a few years (we sometimes do fold it in the freezer which it says not to do but because of space so yes the seal will eventually split) but I will replace it buying the same product again.

This is an awesome ice pad! I go to physical therapy for my SI joint and they have the big ice packs, and this is just as good as theirs. Nice big size and stays frozen for a long time while you’re using it.

A pair of marathoners, even old & slow as we are, inevitably need a cold pack or two handy at all times. So many of the common pharmacy products are either the wrong size/shape, get too stiff when they're frozen, or don't hold the cold for long. These are a step above. Not easy to find, but worth the hunt, in our opinion.

This cold pack delivered exactly what was advertised.

I have several older bodymed cold packs that are great. This new thicker outer plastic inhibits the ability of the ice pack to be very cold. The old ones would last at least 45 mins and were truly ice cold. This new one maybe 15 mins max and not cold enough to really penetrate below the skin.

Stays cold a long time.
