Don't try to install without help. Needs a flat/level edge shower tray to site the enclosure on
This shower enclosure is great quality, well built and extremely heavy. Care is needed when installing as the instructions are not very clear (reminded me of a certain Swedish furniture build picture instructions)If you are using this with a shower tray, be sure to select a tray that is robust enough to take the weight of the enclosure and also be aware that the enclosure is designed to site on a flat / level surface. This will mean selecting a shower tray which has a wide, flat surround/upstand to site the enclosure on. Also note that the enclosure has door guides/runners at the bottom of the sliding door which are required to be drilled/fixed into to floor of your wet room of shower tray, so again, careful selection of a shower tray should be considered if you are using this with a tray.I would suggest that prior to purchase of any shower tray that you are thinking of using with this enclosure, that you download the enclosure installation guide/instructions and spend some time understanding how to install the enclosure. Pay particular attention to the dimensions / space needed for the bottom of sliding door guides/runners and also the shower enclosure dimensions to ensure you have the correct size of enclosure and a suitable tray. You will need to ensure that you have substantial fixing points, suitable to hold the glass enclosure upright. If you have plasterboard/stud type of walls, make sure you have timber studding installed in the walls to support the glass enclosure. Finally, this is a very heavy glass enclosure. Do not attempt to install without help.

Dissatisfied
We purchased and quality was not as desired or described. Return was arranged but full cost of return down to customer. Suggested an exchange where delivery drivers could collect original item when delivering new item, was declined. Not a recommended seller, plenty out there with much better customer service. Do not buy from here.

Excellent product
I have to say this has the look and feel of a very high-end product at a very reasonable price, only complaint would be that the instructions aren’t great - but they’re enough for you to figure out what you need to do, if you’re that way inclined. Otherwise you’ll need a tradesman to fit. I selected the 1100x750mm L-shaped enclosed. It was tight on the tray as I’d tucked the tray edge into the tiles, but that can be easily sorted by trimming the door cross-bar to suit. Finally, having thoroughly tested the screen with direct water spray, I’ve noticed the aluminium strip that is prefinished on the end and side glass fixed panels allows water to pass between the glass and the strip -you’ll therefore need to run a bead of clear silicone along this junction as well as the channel to screen strip and channel to wall junction, as welll as around the outside of the enclosure/tray junctions. So on each vertical wall/enclosure junction you’ll effectively neeed to seal three vertical joints. Worth it in the end though.

Very nice and good value!
Nice looking enclosure; weighs a tonne, so get someone to help you. I had to install it alone and really struggled getting it upstairs. It has several design improvements over the enclosure I removed. 1: frameless design means nowhere for water to accaccumulate and ultimately damage an aluminium frame; 2: large rollers top only on dry side, instead of small rollers top and bottom on wet side, which always corrode and gunk up. The bottom of the door passes through slotted guides in the chrome plated plastic chunks which are fixed to the tray with screws and silicone; 3: the stainless steel? Threshold strip is easy to step over and attractive to look at. The description says it's stainless steel, although it felt rather light - more like alloy....who knows, it looks good anyway.I've knocked off a star because I had to cut down the top rail to get it to fit. It was a good 30mm too long, so I can only assume it comes over-sized intentionally. A mention of this would have prepared me better. The instructions are pictorial only and there is no mention of the design amendments which can be found when you discover six plastic chunks for fixing to the tray. Only two are needed. Fitting it left or right handed, will determine which mid-span one you use. Same for the corner ones, except there are two types. One butts up to the end panel, the other type is slotted around the end panel, giving greater stability to the bottom of the glass end panel.A good plumber should take this in his stride. I managed it and I'm a d.i.y.er.I managed to dispose of my old enclosure by laying the glass panels on a blanket on the patio and giving the corner of the tempered glass a good tap with a hammer. Very satisfying when it shatters into a million diamonds! Easy to bag up and dispose of.

Be Very Careful buying from Durovin Showers
My Initial reporting of Defective parts back to Duovin was met with an email telling me that 'this was to be expected' due to wear and tear of moving parts. After showing Steve ([email protected]) evidence both photographs (like the above) and from Durovans own manuals that clearly show there was in-fact no 'wear and tear' that caused their defective product from falling apart - Durovin agreed that perhaps I was correct. However - Durovin's view is that when items fail after 31 days - it is not their responsibility. And so be careful : The cost of replacing this Safety O-Ring will set you back £21.And NO - they have no interest in using items that don't fall apart after 31 days (hmm ... I wonder why? £21 x X = a good recurrent income)Also .. They are not interested in letting you know the OEM of the O-Rings so that you an can order the part directly.I hope they change their direction - because other than the defective components they use - the shower cubicle was exactly what I hoping for.

800 side panel is 20mm too big and the metal strip needs grinding down.
Product needs a lot.of modifying to fit 800x1000 tray. Emailed support to ask if the cubicle needs rubber seals as there wasn't any in the box, to be told.no it doesn't. Breaking down box next day find box of 3 seals. Just about keep it watertight.Disappointing as it's actually.made from quality components, just too big!
