So far so good! UPDATE: Crap
UPDATE: it completely stopped working today. No light or anything. Tried changing the battery and that did not fix it. Such a waste of money :( Hopefully, this won't happen with the one I got for my house. DO NOT BUY!!!I was frustrated at first because nothing would come out until I read someone's suggestion to add a little water to make the soap flow better. Works great now. I am going to buy one for my house now. I love that you can see when the soap is full.

Totally exceeded expectations. Arrived days sooner than expected. Product looks considerably better and works better than my unlamented last one . Has MUCH better features (on/off switch and adjustable dispensing soap amount). Both unexpected at time of order placement. This is a product of a very thoughtful customer oriented operation. You can add a bonus star to the above rating.

Great idea, bad results
This was purchased to dispense silicone based lube for the bedside table.It does NOT work if you put silicone based products in it. It doesn't indicate that anywhere in their marketing literature or on box at delivery. We sent it back because we couldn't even clean it to use it for soap.We tried two different brands, do not buy this for silicone based lubes! Great idea, bad results! :(

Disappointing
Disappointed that it only latest 3 months. I did like the size of the soap tank. It worked well for a short time although I never could adjust the amount it dispense very well, it dispensed more then I would have liked. It looked nice on the counter. Just wish it would have lasted. Well on to looking for the next one, I like the idea of touchless dispensing

Product emitted bubbles for several weeks before they finally went mostly away. It was too much trouble to return the product although the company kindly offered to replace it. They were very accommodating but I decided to keep it anyway. I kept it because I like its very large size and it is perfect for my kitchen sink.

Must have in every kitchen. Quality product at a great price.
Love this kitchen tool. I had to dilute my dish soap but this hands free pump is worth every penny. Simple design with perfect volume amount so not having to constantly refill. The sensitivity is perfect and volume for each disperse is also just right. I liked it so much I started giving them as gifts to friends and family.

Really like this dispenser and recommend purchasing it. 4 stars is because it's a little difficult to set up, and buggy. Occasionally it'll jet out some soap when I'm not even in the kitchen, and there's no movement by it. But this is not often and overall it works great.

It was fairly easy to use, but battery changes were messy, refilling was not so convienent
I'm saying WAS on this because it only lasted just over a year. The batteries were on the bottom, so the unit had to be completely empty for changing batteries. Also, it had a flip-up lid that made it filling a bit awkward, after I accidentally broke the hinge I didn't mourn. It was easier to fill after that. And the top was angled so setting a bigger bottle to drain into it wouldn't work. We replaced it with the Secura 17 oz model.
