Easy and Simple Read
This is an easy read and straight to the point. It allows you to read it to your children and have them follow along exactly how it would play out if they were upset. Some bucks tried to attempt this topic and become overly complicated It is hard for a Young child to visualize. I would most definitely recommend this to children who cannot read, but also two children who can read allowing them to read the simple way to control their anger and temper. Plus, it also has a little rhyming at the end of the sentence which allows you to also work on the topic with your children without them even knowing.

Easy to understand and talk through
I read to my 2 sobs and nephew who all battle with this in different ways. Ages 3-8. We enjoyed the storyline, rhyming and pictures. I loved the options it have for when the main character was faced with a difficulty. The kids kept stopping me so they could ask me something or give their two cents. It was fun and surprisingly, interactive! Love and recommend!

spear the anger on the wall
I love the illustration. Good book. It’s not easy to keep calm, but the best thing to do when you are angry is to read from A to Z.

my 9 year old sons review of your book
I like the way he controlled his anger and the way this allowed him to think about his choices before he reacted.I could relate to the boy being bullied because it happened to me and I got scared. I will now ignore and walk away from Roman. The pictures were bright and colourful, my favourite picture is in the pool finding his zen

Calming those big emotions - beautifully and simply
Being a mom to children is challenging especially when you weren’t given the best tools as a child yourself. That being said, I love finding sweet little gems like this to help both myself and my little one grow together in a healthy and calm way.Great and simple tools to help both parents and children alike in managing big feelings like anger.Definitely recommend.
