Great for enthusiasts not wanting to be noticed but wanting the performance and reliability benefits of a quality blow off valve. Works great on a 2019 STi
Wanted to change out my stock BPV for an upgraded one that holds boost better. Im currently E-Tuned with just a COBB intake. I checked with my tuner to verify that you do not need a retune. Instantly i felt a boost difference. Comes on stronger and holds great at peak. Granted im running about 19psi and i know this could handle mid 20s no problem. Build quality is great. Im using the supplied gasket and i have no leaks at all. However, I do not trust Allen Bolts. So i just reused the stock ones. The allen ones are shorter, but my OEM ones had no problem sealing. Just make sure the mounting surface is clean and you're good to go! There is a slight flutter when letting off around the 4-7psi mark. Its pretty nice. Do not expect the Fast and Furious BOV noise with this. This is for those who care about the performance aspect. 10/10 would recommend even if your OEM one is perfectly fine, like mine was!

Worth it
Put this on to an18β sti, noticed it handled better than the factory bov. At low throttle driving I can hear the stock bov crack open when letting off. With the Turbosmart it stays closed. When going wide open throttle changing gears the Turbosmart snaps open and close quicker than the stock unit keeping boost constant. Definitely worth the buy. May look into getting the Turbosmart iwg next

Direct replacement for OEM
The hardest part is getting the bottom hose on. Itβs a direct replacement to OEM on my 2018 Subaru WRX STI.
