Beautiful and Sturdy
I can't give it any stars for durability because we just don't know yet, but these plates and bowls are beautiful to look at, make food look appealing and are sturdy, strong and a little bit heavy. We love them. I wish there were matching salad plates. And the pasta bowls? Actually perfect for pasta. And soup.

Terrible Quality!
Terrible quality! This is definitely not the quality of the Studio Nova plates I currently have. The pattern is not centered, has multiple tears in it, and is rough like sandpaper. The glazing has numerous pits and defects. The exposed bottom is very jagged and is likely the cause of multiple scratches on the top surface. Not sure how these can be rated so high when the quality is so bad! See pictures.

Bowls and plates! Studio nova geometric
I think it’s cool that this set has two types of bowls and one basic dinner plate. It happens often that my home does not have enough bowls. I guess we are bowl people! The last set of dishes I bought, a correlle set , came with so many cups that I almost wanted to give them away because it’s just I’d like a different kind of cup. This set would go with just about any kind of cup this set is easy to match with other things. This does not come with dessert plates which to me is a little bit of a negative.The style of this plate I would say could go many ways design wise, celestial, art nouveau, zen, art deco, geometric, modern art. It’s understated but it has some style and food looks good on it. It’s not the kind of plate you have to ask yourself, could I eat off this? 😂The dishes are heavy, about 25 lbs the whole set. They are not prone to cracking although most will eventually. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Not delicate, heavy porcelain.All in all a great set of plates and matching bowls.
