Its a very nice phone, but it does have some issues. While I am on an app, I have downloaded on the phone, the phone either closes the app or freezes for a long time. If you accidentally hit or the bump the phone on an hard surface it shuts down. The phone also comes with too many pre-downloaded apps, causing there not to be enough storage space for apps you might want to download.

The phone was not compatible with Sprint so I had it converted to AT&T and 2 weeks later the phone began to malfunction and the LCD digitizer went out and the keypad buttons began to stick.I am very dissatisfied with this product I would not recommend this product to anyone.Thank you!

I just purchased this phone a couple of months ago and immediately got a text message from AT&T saying the phone was only capable of 2G and would no longer work on the network as of January. I felt very misled. Even though it has no sim card now, since I bought another phone, I just use my wifi at home and use it like a small tablet. I keep it on my coffee table.

I really liked the features of this phone. My service provider ended up replacing my phone, but I like this one better, especially that it has dual sim slots

Horrible phone, didn't work right from the get go. Screen was messed up so it wouldn't text right, turns itself off randomly. Had problems with it right off the bat and still do. Now I have to spend more money and get a different phone. It also has issues with charging and holding any charge

My phone didn't come with a case .

I didn't know it was 3g and text messages was slow

Too slow.

I gave it 1 star. I did have problem with the phone. It took for ever to download apps and sometimes I wouldn't recieve text or calls. So I ended up buying another phone.
