One size fits all. I’m petite and they fit me like a dream. They do roll up at the bottom. but overall soft good buy and quality.

They were very tight dispite being stretchy. Didnt feel good so i bought different ones.

I’d recommend these to postpartum mums. They do the job holding pads in place and are generally pretty comfortable. Bit more flattering than hospital issue paper pants!
