This is by far my favorite piece of jewelry to wear in my philtrum, it's super comfortable, it's stayed super intact over the 7 months I've been consistently wearing it, (with cleaning and care of course), the push-in style is super makes it super easy to put on and it also doesn't fall out ever, which is a problem with other push-in jewelry. it looks just like the picture, super pretty white opal, of course, and I get compliments all the time.
