Liked how they had a chrome finish but only on the top and when they arrived some of the finish was coming off..not that bright either.

picture shows entire bulb "chromed" when it's only the top part. Even on clear housings it still reflects amber when lights aren't on. For something different they're okay. Not as bright as OEM. Silverstar would be nicer for their amber bulb

I have these bulbs before but from a different source no problems awesome product. GP-Thunder needs to address their packaging department on how to package light bulbs properly which means that light bulbs should never be shipped in a manila envelop

These are fine. Risky they pack em in a bubble mailer loosely. Don’t touch the bulb even with a soft cloth because the chrome coating rubs off very easily. My biggest issue is that these just aren’t very bright.. almost a safety hazard during the day.. but they’re cheap and serve their purpose. I’ll report back if they burn out prematurely.

I bought these for the stealth factor on my 2013 tundra. The factory yellow bulb always cast a yellow refection in the housing that just didn't look good. I installed these and found out they get extremely hot. This is a 4157 bulb that uses 2 inputs and has 2 elements. On the tundra, both elements are lit for the DRL. I found that the base of the bulb has deformed due to the heat and it caused the socket to get so hot, it is now discolored and got hot enough where the bulb came out of the socket. If you are using these as a single element like a 3157, you should be ok, but DO NOT install these to use as a replacement for a 4157 bulb.

Bulbs not super bright but the do what they advertise. They look great when off on the light housing and show amber when on. I do like them and am happy I bought them. Just a bit dim during day time.

These are Chinese junk. Even the packaging has lies. I knew these weren't LED's and I didn't want them to be but on the package it literally says "LED bulb". They are extremely dim.

The bulbs look great during the day or at night. I replace my friend Fort F150 the front Amber turn signal bulbs, and they reflect the lens that way to chrome and almost invisible. I also purchase some for rear aftermarket tail light with these bulbs, the lenses are stealth chrome and the light is amber when turned on just like stock. I highly recommend these bulbs if you want that clean look in your vehicle.

looks good but doesn't last, buy led bulb.

I did read that people were having problems with the quality of these bulbs but figured I'd give it a try. One bulb burned out within a week and so I replaced them both at the same time since I didn't want 2 different looking bulbs visible and because it was like waiting on the 2nd shoe to drop.The price is low enough it isn't worth complaining about but I would not recommend these to anyone and would not buy them again of course.So I read they had quality issues, bought them anyway because the price was low, and found out that they are poor quality.

Purchased these for my front blinkers. Naturally not very bright/visible with a chrome tint, as was expected when purchased. Only getting 2 stars because one of the bulbs burnt out within 3 weeks. Wouldn't buy again.

These bulbs are terrible. Only half of the bulb is silvered. The other half isn't coated so you can see the amber glass. These bulbs are very dim. I've used Sylvania Silverstars before and they work much, much better than these bulbs. I couldn't locate Silverstars so I thought I'd try these. As soon as I can find the real Silverstarts, these will go in the trash.

Looked good, but only lasted an accumulated amount of 10 minutes... maybe less (front turn signal on BMW E39)Also, dimmer than stock bulb. Will not buy again.
