Game changer
Very easy to install and over 50% cheaper then a very known retailer. Now, I don't have to worry about a ripe breaking during a tournament.

Broken packaging
Plastic packaging was broken and parts were in bottom of box. Looks like everything is here. May have broken due to being packed tight with other packages. Handle and cable look sturdy.

Previously opened with missing pieces
I’m not one to typically write reviews but disappointed in what I received. The product itself is believed to be a quality product but mine arrived previously opened, torn, & stapled back together. Considering my original had broken, I didn’t want to waste time on the water in returning. However, Once I began the installation process quickly realized that a couple of much needed parts were missing from packaging. Aggravated but not completely helpless mechanically, I was able to make the product work with a little ingenuity & few miscellaneous things in my tool box.If all parts are provided the installation should only take a couple minutes & superior to original.
