I rarely do reviews, but this headset is a great value and very comfortable. I have bought multiple headsets and this one is by far the most comfortable and doesn't slip like many do. I have had issues with connecting for my call center with most headsets and got this one hoping. It connects easily and I have had no issues. I have a Dell laptop for work.Volume control is easy, I love the volume control on the wire instead of in headset. Sound is clear in and out. Lightweight and comfortable

I really liked this headset as it has a great feature of noise cancellation, it suppresses the background noises. I find it very helpful when I do office meetings.

Llevo mas de 1 mes usandolos y no eh tenido problemas con el audio. Los utilizo para llamadas de ventas 8 + horas al dia y hasta ahorita el sonido del microfono y bocinas se escuchan muy bien. Se adaptan para zoom y llamadas de conferencias, les sugiero reviaen sus ajustes de su equipo de computo. Leve inconformidad en las orejeras de la diadema pero tienen que ayerles el modo para que no les causen molestias nada grave.

I actually can't believe how great the quality of these headsets are.I purchased a set about 2/3 years ago and I've had no issues with them whatsoever.The sound quality has remained since I purchased them and the noise cancelling is brilliant.They are very comfortable when on long duration calls or listening to music, watching YouTube/series/films.When on calls, I have been able to hear everyone clearly and I have had no complaints from others in terms of the quality of my mic, they can hear me crystal clear.Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and especially for the price, a good investment for sure.
