Best budget proccessor
Using it for last three year, at start i was using it with win7 32bit 2gb ddr3 with intel hd graphics, then i was able to do basic things smoothly. Even i was able to run basic games like cs 1.6 on 100fps only with intel hd graphics. Now after updating my pc im currently using it with win7 64bit 6gb ddr3 with my new gtx750 ti GPU i am able to play almost every game on mid settings.

It is not really quick as it is a Pentium but as far as I know this is one of the best processors for a budget PC

Not good for price
I used to own this.This is ok for medium gaming but not worth for the price.Better go for used 2nd or 3rd gen i5 which offer 3 times more performance at this price.

Good CPU for the money
Bought this to upgrade a kids PC. Paired it with the MSI ZH77A-G43 mobo, been rock solid from initial post on. Plays all their games well enough for their liking, with the EVGA GT640 video card. Games such as World of Tanks, Planetside 2, Hawkens, Minecraft, Ghost Sniper, Doom3 series. All mostly on medium settings but they are thrilled with the speed of the PC. Not far behind the other kids i3-2120 running on an Asus P8H77-V with a EVGA GTX650. For the price (almost half that of the i3-2120), and now knowing its performance, it is a great deal. Just be aware that this CPU limits RAM speed to 1333MHz. I am using Gskill Ripjaw 1600 RAM, but it is limited to 1333 due to this CPU (the 1600 RAM was cheaper at the time than the 1333 ram, compatible so why not...)

Great budget CPU
Bought this for a budget gaming build and it works great. Came ready to install and had no hiccups booting up the first time. Only thing is that it didn't come with very thorough instructions so a first time computer builder may need to do a little searching but otherwise a great CPU.

G2020 is THE most fabulous CPU I have ever used. Runs cool and fast and cheap and reliable. Perfect for BOINC on a budget.

Budget Performer
Great processor for the price. Had mine over a year and it still works great. I even use it for gaming with my GTX 660 and can play most titles on ultra.

Blazing fast processor
This thing is cheap and really fast can beat processors like e8400, e8500. For this price you cant get another processor like this one, pair this with a b75 motherboard and you got a really nice cheap setup that can run a lot of new games at decent framerates
