Time Saving Gourmet Asian Sauces
I have been a fan of these sauces for almost two years now. The Korean Gochujang is new, but like the others, it is wonderful. These sauces are real chef inspired sauces with bold authentic flavors. I am a chef and I am very critical of bottled sauces. But, I also have two kids and saving me 30-40 minutes on my meal prep, is a wonderful thing. Too often you can tell when the manufacturer has cheaped out and sacrifices flavor and quality. I used the Southeast Asian Sweet Chili to dress fried brussel sprout salad that I served on top of my seared sea bass, and it made the dish so good that my wife requests that I make it at least once every two/ three weeks. The Chinese Fermented Black Bean was perfect with a beef stir fry and I especially like it as a dipping sauce for my potstickers or as a compliment to some pulled pork bao buns. We used the Korean Gochujang, last night, in some Kogi Food Truck inspired tacos, the flavors were right on point. Please let me know when you come up with your next creation!

Nice stuff
Especially the black bean, although the Gochugang is pretty darn good too. The sweet chile is the weakest of the three, butthat said, it’s far better than the super cheap stuff you see everywhere. Definitely worthwhile money, and super convenient when last minute inpisration hits.

Spicy sauce mixes
Highly-flavored sauces. Good for dipping. Not comparable to fresh-made at all. I won't re-purchase.

All Natural w/ Real Asian Flavors
I grew up in a Chinese household and have eaten Asian cuisine my entire life. You can find sauces with flavors like fermented black bean, gochujang, and fish sauce at 99 ranch or other Asian markets, but they're often loaded with additives and preservatives. I found this brand in my Blue Apron one week and it was great. What drew me to these sauces was their use of all natural ingredients. I also appreciate how they're not pretending to emulate traditional sauces. but rather use them as inspiration to create a more modern taste profile. The Blue/black bean sauce is so easy to use and goes great with just about any stir fry (I prefer it with beef). You get that ultra savory fermented black bean flavor with some added sweetness--it's my fave of the bunch. The Red/gochujang sauce is also sneaky awesome because you can use with more dishes than a traditional Korean gochujang. Again, a nice savory base with a spicy/sweet kick. I prefer this one as a marinade. The Green/sweet chili sauce is more of a dipping sauce. Using fish sauce as a base gives it a bolder, more unique taste than a regular sweet n sour sauce. Goes great with egg rolls!

Two Stars
didn't much like the added fructose in the sweet chili. The other 2 products were just ok

Expiration Date in 2 months!
These products may or may not be good, but there is no way that I will use a condiment in 2 months, when they expire, and the seller does not allow returns, even of unopened packages. Don't buy these nearly expired products!

I was incredibly sad when I realized I hadn't remembered to buy them
I don't know how "authentic" these are in terms of flavors, but I honestly don't care. After coming across these at a food fair, I was incredibly sad when I realized I hadn't remembered to buy them. Thankfully, Amazon was here to save the day. I love creating an easy stir-fry for dinner, although I haven't experimented with any of the other ways you could use these (dips, etc).Highly recommend for someone who wants an easy work-day dinner option with a lot of flavor.
