DianeSnapdragon Precision Cut Shear, 5.75-Inches, DCS003

I have been cutting hair for 25+ years. For the past 5 years I only do friends and family. When the lockdown started, the place I get my good 800$ japanese shears sharpened was closed. I bought these thinking that for the nominal price I could do 20 haircuts and just toss them. Well I have done way more than that and these are still sharp. For the price these are awesome! I have very small hands and the smallest size fits perfect. Really impressed with these, especially for the money. I have purchased many types of shears on my life and after cutting with them, I would have assumed they were in the 125-160$ range. I like them so much i still have not gotten my expensive ones sharpened. They are light, move well, and have very thin tips to texture and slither with. Very surprised and delighted with this purchase!

I purchased these thinning shears because I was sick of going to different salons and having them not do what I asked with my hair. After paying a ton of $$ I was never satisfied with my haircut, and I realized that what i was looking for was my hair to be thinned out and texturized. I watched a few "how to" videos on you tube and now do my hair style myself. These shears are high quality, and are nice and sharp which gives a nice clean cut. They never get stuck in my hair like some shears can if they are dull. They do a nice job at thinning and texturizing without leaving the hair too thin and stringy.

Definitely one of the best shears on the market for under $75. For its price it’s definitely, undeniably, THE BEST! I’ve tried multiple shears ranging up to $80 and this was better then them all. Sharp like nothing I’ve seen before. Cuts hair like a warm knife cuts butter! Good to know that the finger holes are pretty small. Now that’s a plus for me but some other barbers in my shop couldn’t even get their fingers in. I’d suggest that they make different sizes for all finger sizes but they didn’t ask me. Great buy and well worth it!

Scissors are very sharp! I have small hands but I felt even my fingers couldn’t move around easy in them to cut hair.

This cuts well and has a nice premium feel to it. However, there is a noticeable squeaking sound these scissors make. Most likely it is new and smoothing the groove of the blade. It works well and has stayed nice and sharp. Finger-holes have pleasant grips. Fits my larger fingers nicely. I use it as a facial hair groomer and it cuts precisely.

Absolutely terrible. Never had a pair of shears so full. The hair folds between the blades and cuts nothing

I have started cutting my husband's hair at home. When I first started I had a super cheap pair of scissors from Target. I invested just a little more to get these and it's a world of difference. These cut so much better and have a much more professional quality feel to them. Love cutting hair with these! These are great for someone who cuts hair occasionally at home, but doesn't want to invest hundreds in a really professional pair of scissors.

I thought these would be decent and i only used them twice and they are pushing hair and blades are hitting. I do Not recommend

Great smooth cutting. I love it, no regrets of buying at all.
