This product worked exactly as the website said, and I'm amazed and so pleased. Noticed that my appetite was more stable after three days and lost two pounds in the first two weeks. It's good tasting, I take it in water at 11 am every day. Hot flashes and mood swings are gone. I'm so pleased.

I was so looking forward to trying this product. After the first 2 days of usage I noticed I was getting severe headaches. I stuck with it for another 10 days thinking it would get better. Just the opposite the pain got worse. Not for me.
