Great OEM Replacement
My company was discarding an 8th gen system that had become unstable. I replaced the old and sluggish CPU cooler with this OEM replacement and the system works perfectly again. Very happy.

Good low profile fan.
If you need a low profile fan for the 115x chipset this is a solid choice. It's intel so the quality is there. Obviously there are better choices if you don't have any restraints on cooler size but for my use it was perfect. The price was excellent at $10. Very happy with the stock cooler.

Works amazing with my 6700k
Bought this for my good old 6700k works amazing, keeps my cpu at 60c even on heavy load

It works, but legs are tempermental
I installed it on a Xeon E3-1270 V2 (Ivy Bridge 1155 69W) the temps are fine for such a low profile cooler, and the fan is rather quiet even at 1520~1600rpm. The installation was quick but the cooler dose not like to be handled after locking it in place , and the locking it in to place was finicky, but that is a given when dealing with all no screw coolers. The power cord is too long for me. My beef is the packaging no plastic shielding preventing contamination (or drying) of the pre-applied paste. Just to be safe I wiped it off & applied some (better) thermal paste I had lying around. I did like the better look of this cooler, and the shroud on the wires instead of the typical bare mustard/ketchup wires the original typically has. The packaging is why I knocked a star off. This cooler is best for 69W or under in a very well ventilated case, at stock settings only.

Just what the doctor ordered
In upgrading an old lga1150 board with a new cpu, the original, hard working fan didn’t like getting put out and back in again, which found me in need of a new cooler. Disassembling the whole thing to get a new fan backplate for a newer style cpu cooler was too much of a chore, so this oem fan fit the bill. Even though it looks smaller due to copper core, it’s the same height as the original one. Noise profile is similar to the original and not obtrusive until it spins to max.

Solid for the price
I loved that it came in the original package. Mounted right up to my second hand dell optiplex motherboard with no issue. The pre applied thermal paste was a pleasant surprise too. Definitely recommend for lower end systems
