The bulbs seem to have to be in the room with the router as I put one in living room upstairs and it couldn't pick up wifi signal to link with app. Even in the room, across the room it is weak connection. They also freaquently show disconnected from signal and are uncontrollable. I am not sure if that is my wifi or the bulbs? They are easy to install, a bit tricky to use the app to set up. I couldn't seem to get the daily auto timer set up correctly. But overall good value for money.

These light bulbs are plenty bright when they are just in white mode but can create any color atmosphere you want with the app you can download. They also can be 100% controlled by Alexa or Google Home. My only complaint is I wish they were a little cheaper. Other than that they're amazing!

You get exactly what you ask for with these light bulbs. The have an excellent range of color and given the proper electrical power have great brightness.Benefits:-Great range of color.-Good brightness.-Easy to pair with Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant-Allows for scheduled functions through Alexa & Google Assistant-Easy smart control of lighting from anywhere with an internet connection or mobile data connection.-Appropriately priced for similar products. (Sometimes even cheaper)-Lights will continue to work well on slow broadband speeds.-Requires minimal data on restricted data internet plans.Pitfalls:-They become expensive quickly (as most smart lights do.)-Sometimes the app doesn't communicate with the light bulbs, especially in setup, this may require a tedious process of reconnecting the bulbs to either Wi-Fi or the app.-At times the bulbs will not reconnect to Wi-Fi automatically (and again, require the setup process)-Delay of light responsiveness after issuing command through app or smart devices-Bulbs are expensive when outfitting larger areas.

The lights work, but getting it to connect to the wifi to actually change the colors has not been easy. If i ever manage to get them to connect I’ll be content, but definitely not the most user friendly process. I probably would return but i’m hoping figuring out how to get them to work will be quicker than that process. Good but won’t buy from this brand again. Unless….For the brand, I think including a remote to control the lights would provide users ease to get them working. And won’t have people left with possible connection issues. Also if wifi goes out it will fix that issue.

I like the bulbs and like being able to change the colors depending on holidays or gatherings. The app works alright but think it could be better and a little more user friendly.

The bulbs work ok, i have about 5 other brands or similar bulbs, and they are much slower to respond, or just not respond at all. I don’t have weak wifi at all, I’ve got an overkill ubiquiti solution that has range to the end of my block, so that’s not the issue. The bulbs bases get very hot almost immediately and drain almost 15 watts continuously, Wyze, or smart life bulbs don’t do this, so throw out any “led power savings”The biggest issue is interference with my garage door opener fobs, as the bulbs are mounted in the fixtures on each side of my garage. The garage door remotes used to work 1-2 houses away, and now I have to get out of the car and hold the remote to the garage door to get it to respond. If I pull power to the lights, the issue immediately goes away. Tried putting the Wyze bulbs outside in the same fixtures, and had no issues. Going to return and get something else. The app pairing and slow responses along with the high power usage doesn’t justify keeping these when competitors bulbs are the same price

Very flexible lighting. Can easily set schedules or “set the mood” when desired. Easy to install (obviously) and to control with the app.

Good value, but while they work great 98% of the time, they will randomly change colors or glitch off and back on. I use them in light boxes for my youtube studio and while they allow me to adjust the hue and tone easily, it gets annoying when it turns off or changes color in the middle of recording.
