Sprayer didn't work
Sprayer got broken from shipping bag contained it from leaking out. Lucky I had another bottle.

Wrong Amazon image, but a good product
At first I thought I was buying LA's Totally Awesome All Purpose Cleaner: the clear bottle, yellow liquid degreaser ... as the picture and name indicated. But I missed the tiny "CLR" at the end of the name ("Calcium-Lime-Rust", I figured). The product image is wrong (as of this writing), and needs updating. The product description should be much clearer too. Instead of the hassle of returning it, I began using it around the house, it works great, and I'm keeping it. Serendipity.

Great product if you can get it
This product is hard to find in the stores right now in my area. That is why I ordered in on Amazon for double the price. I did not receive this product but instead received the all purpose cleaner concentrate in a clear bottle {no sprayer} wrapped in cellophane packaging that said rust and calcium remover. There is not one place on the bottle that says anything about removing rust ,lime or calcium. Anyway if your can manage to get the right product it really does work well! We have lots of lime in our water so this is just what I needed to keep it from building up on surfaces.. bathtub, sink, etc. hope I can find it somewhere.. { the reason it gets one star is because I did not get the right product.

As good as it gets!
I've been using CLR but find that LA's Totally Awesome is just as good if not better. One big difference is that LA doesn't foam like CLR, if that matters to the user. I find the Amazon price to be exceptional, the ordering simple as can be and the delivery as quick as can be. To sum it up, I am totally satisfied and will reorder Totally Awesome as soon as my two bottles are emptied. I just started my second (2nd) year of Amazon Prime and am totally satisfied with the overall savings and the great convenience of two day shipping. I intend to continue with Amazon Prime so long as it is available.

If you get it intact!
The first time I ordered this it came intact. The cleaner works great on molds stains etc.However the next delivery came empty and crushed!

High hopes disappointed
I had high hopes, from the reviews and claims on the bottle, for this cleaner to remove rust stains on our terrace tiles. Despite repeated applications it has had no noticeable effect. A waste of money for rust stain removal.

Spray trigger doesn't work.
Straight out of the box, the spray nozzle doesn't work on either stream or spray. It simply drips out of the end, I'm assuming due to lack of pressure or clogging. Unfortunately this item is not eligible for return or replacement, so now I'll have to purchase a separate spray bottle to use with the contents.

weaker than CLR... spryer doesn't work.
I ordered 2 of these hoping they would work for my stainless sink and other items. The first few sprays went on ok then the sprayer died. I tried everything to get it 'primed' to spray. I gave up thinking it was a defective sprayer so I tried the second one and the SAME thing happened!!!! So now I'll have to transfer the liquid to a good working sprayer. I had to let it sit on my sink for a very long time for it to do it's job. Not happy with the product.
