We live in a very beautiful mountain area of the state where it snows a great deal during the winters and due to the high altitude, the snow and ice sticks long after the precipitation stops. My husband's route to work can get treacherous and I'm always concerned about him when coming home at night. This tool and survival kit has everything he needs if, heaven forbid, our SUV runs off the road. I gave it to him as a Christmas gift and it stays where it should be...inside the car just in case. The tools are sturdy, well-made and it has everything! Including glow sticks, no less. A must if you love to hike or simply go exploring during very heavy winters!

This is my 8th survival kit. This is strange since I only travel places that I can get an Uber pick up in less than 4 minutes.

It’s not a super bug out bag, but it has a minimal basics for most needs. I’ll augment with extras.

Absolutely love this kit. I will probably purchase another just to put in my my cat. I camp alot and this is a nice item to have in my tent. The hammer is awesome!! This is the only kit I have seen with a hammer. This is everything you need camping and it is compact. I could not believe how sturdy the items are. The flashlight is extra bright and I love that they put batteries in it also. You will not be sorry about this purchase all items are quality made. I had bought it as a gift but this one is definitely going to be a gift to myself. The case has a little extra room to store a power bank in it. There is no need for a toolbox this has everything you need for camping. I really like the snowflake tool and have taken it out to put in my motorcycle bag.

He loved it and is using it frequently, camping and fishing.

I've given this kit to each of my kids. They love to prep for the 'what if' scenarios and this fits the bill!

Though the price is just right given the things inside, I am dismayed by the fact that the flashlight does not work. Rather than me stressing myself returning it,,, just to writr an honest review and accept reality.
