We ordered the cut pile gun. It worked great, but we had a couple of questions/issues. So We contacted the seller, not sure if we would get an answer. All of our questions were answered almost immediately, and Alice - who helped us the whole time - was exceedingly professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. I really am disappointed in this tufting gun. I was so excited to try it and boom. Absolutely dissatisfied and honestly enraged by how much this is garbage. Like 1- the male and female round plugs dont connect fully so they fall apart unless its setting on the ground. 2- the power box has to be hit in order to stay on. It lights up and then fades away. You hit it and it will stay on for a minute. Then stops. 3- it jams without any yarn in it period and doesn't even cycle once without jamming. If you happen to get it to stay powered, you press the button and oops! Jammed! Instantly. 4- any pressure against a fabric makes it jam. It could also just be the gun jamming on it own (since it does that) 5- it doesn't even cut the yarn when it does cycle! It mushes it.

Love this item, however I've had it a little over a year and it seems the motor is wearing out. It doesn't move unless i push start the wheel device. I recommend this product but think there should be some kind of warranty with it when we run into these issues.

Only had it for a month and it stopped working, I maintained it like the booklet it came with said. Sadly out of the return window so not much I can do. While it did work it made some good rugs but if you make rugs constantly this tufting gun doesn’t hold up well.
