Husband noticed improvement immediately.
I bought this for my husband, as he suffers with back ache. He says he noticed a difference after the first use. We were advised to stay on his feet for ten minutes after using for best results, as the table straightens out the spine and you need to allow it to settle in an upright position. Uses it most days and can now almost touch his toes, as before he could hardly bend at all.

Good sturdy inversion table
This is a good, solid piece of equipment for an excellent price. It is large, and it’s taking me a while to get into the habit of using it every day - leading to big worries that I’ve bought yet another piece of sports equipment that will end up being used as an expensive clothes horse, but I have gradually started to use it a bit more now and really like how it makes me feel.

Solid product - shame the tools weren't so solid
The product is well made and is really solid. The tools supplied to assemble the table aren't as well made as the table - so I used my own spanners to do the assembly. I guess it is FAR more important that the table is well made!

Great for your joints
I have had my inversion table for the last few weeks. I use it everyday for 5mins. I can feel the difference my lower back is not hurting anymore. I’m a runner putting a lot of stress on my body it was easy to assemble.

Great product. Good price
Was a little dubious at first, but have to say great item. Very sturdy, easy to use. The instructions are a little to be desired but once assembled its great. Easily folds away. Done my back wonders using it 3 times a day for 1 minute a time.

Great value for money.
We were advised to buy this table by the physiotherapist who is treating our daughter for a back problem. He advised that the whole family would benefit from using it. The table was easy to put together, and in no time at all we were using it. After just a few sessions my back feels so much better.
