Replaced it beginning of season and worked all season
Used on snapper 28", fit perfectly, cuts the grass evenly. I have bermuda and cut at 2 inches and does fine. Be sure to level your mower deck each season

Great blade
I put this blade on my Snapper rear engine mower and it worked amazingly well. The blade was quite and did a great job at mulching. Even though the grass was long, there was almost no clippings!

cuts leaves like butter
To all those that were upset that this blade was not sharpened. I believe the reason is, one that it's got quite a heavy coat on it, I imagine to prevent cuts from the workers, and two the heavy coat is ideal for endurance. The heavier the heat treated coating the longer it will last. I took this blade downstairs and ground less than an 1/8th of an inch off the cutting part, and since I just received it today (10/30/19) I mounted it on my riding mower and went riding in the dark out of excitement. In Michigan we have leaf pickup, but I always mulch. I cut wet leaves tonight, and checked my path on my rider, and found no leaves left. I love this blade, and cant wait for the big winds to bring down my maple leaves. Can't go wrong if you use it right.
