I like using the attachment to use a water bottle. It comes with a bag so it is easy to travel with and discrete. I purchased this due to missing gallbladder that causes extremely sticky poopies. The power of the jet and half a water bottle gets everything squeaky clean. The buttons are easy to push and the charge on the unit lasted more than a month. Highly recommend.

I got this to use at work. Given the mixed reviews here I was a little skeptical about how well this would perform, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It is exactly what I needed.I will say it is nowhere near as powerful as my home bidet, but so far I have had no issues getting the job done with one fill or less.As others have said, the water reservoir does run out very quickly (you get maybe 20-30 seconds on the high setting), but I haven’t really needed more either so I haven’t bothered to try the bottle adapter.I like that it is compact and discreet. Cleanup is very easy - just wipe the outside dry, fold the wand, dry the reservoir, and put it back together. Not sure how long the battery will last per charge, but so far it’s handled a week or two of being used 1-2 times daily without needing to recharge.Mine did not come with a silicone cover over the charging port like it says it does, so I do worry a little about water getting into it but it doesn’t tend to get too wet in that area during use and as long as I dry the reservoir afterwards it seems okay.

Update to the review to 5 stars - I reached out to the seller and their quick response solved the problem. I tried the water bottle they suggested and it works perfectly![This gadget works great for helping to clean my husband who has trouble reaching back. I really like the clean feeling too. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the attachment for a water or soda bottle does not attach to any size bottle that I've tried. I cannot get the threads to engage to screw it on. It just doesn't work and I have no way to get a new one that does. The attachment is the reason I selected this unit so I could have a larger water supply.]

This was a really great portable bidet. I used it at home and it was really helpful for my situation. I've bought other brand ones before but the plastic would always crack on those, this one didn't. It was sturdy on that front :) I noticed the power started to diminish gradually after some months even after a charge. It eventually stopped working 13 months after I bought it.

So I have purchased a few of the under $30 portable bidets and they work great until they don't. Typically the cheaper ones last anywhere from 2 months to a year or so. Customer service on those units is virtually non-existent. I cannot say how long this unit will last, but so far I am impressed with it. The stream outputs more water per second than the cheaper versions. The quantity of water seems to get the job done. However, if you want more quantity, they do provide an attachment for a water bottle. But for me personally I have not had the need to use it.My only criticism is you may take a couple of uses to figure out how to point the stream as it is not all that intuitive.If you want to know if it is worth the money, I will say yes providing it doesn't break down quickly like the "cheaper" brands. I am writing this in October of 2022 and I will update this post when and if it breaks down.=================================================================================Update 1/19/2023A great ending to this issue: The stream suddenly became weak, my first thought was to charge the battery, but it did not resolve the weak stream. I contacted customer support and they asked for a video of the issue. I sent it to them. They said they were sending me a replacement and they advised that I check the water inlet on my current bidet to make sure it is not clogged. When I looked, I saw that there was mineral deposits on the bottom of the bidet, in the tiny inlet hole. So I soaked it (with the bidet standing up) in about 1" of a 50/50 solution of water and distilled white vinegar for about an hour. I then tested it and the problem was resolved. I am very impressed with the after sales support.

Got this for my mother as a gift since we can't attach a bodet to our toilet and she has used it once 1st off it's not at all designed for anyone overweight at all and it sprays out of the side with no option to change that, to me seems like these where made defective and the seller just decided to sell defective products to people.

Have now taken two trips with this portable bidet in my travel purse. What a blessing! I use a bidet at home, plus have shoulder arthritis so have pain reaching behind for personal hygiene. In the past, this made travel a literal pain at times. No longer! This handheld bidet completely does the job. Easy to use, easily fits in a purse. Don't pay attention to the reviews that say the water chamber is too small. I have never had to refill the chamber, but if you do, just have a water bottle nearby (which I always do when travelling). Great in your hotel room, too. Just remember to keep it charged. Can't say enough good about this great product.

This is the second handheld/travel bidet I’ve bought. I couldn’t find the original one I’d purchased (that lasted several years), and had to look at a variety that all seemed slightly different. I thought this was the closest one and was surprised when it arrived that water sprays out on the opposite side that would make the most sense. It doesn’t feel intuitive to hold in your hand and need to push with your thumb and is extremely awkward. Months later I still have stop and make sure it’s not pointed into the toilet. The product description or pictures don’t show this at all.Now it’s stopped working! It’s fully charged and sounds like it’s operating but water is no longer coming out. I’ll be looking for a new one.
