I have a dry skin condition on my back. Dermatoligist gave me a cream to use on it. I couldn’t reach the center of my back. I hated to keep asking my husband to stop and help me so I ordered this. It works great. I apply a line of medicine down the roller & remove my shirt. Then position the roller while you use your thumb to hold the roller still. pull out your thumb & roll. You can cover half your back up to down. Roll back & forth a few times, especially if the cream is thick.

This is easy to use and put together. No instructions were included, with a little thought attaching the roller was easy. I used oil for the first time. The applicator doesn't absorb the oil so none was wasted. This makes reaching the back and other areas so easy. Especially if you have limited mobility or live along. Great product and easy to store between uses. Great for gifting to others.

There is nothing to dislike about this lotion applicator. It reaches the back easily and is just the right angle and size. I have a dry skin condition and reaching my back was causing my shoulder to go out. It also saves time and can use it anywhere--legs, arms, etc. You may find a cheaper price but this one is worth Every penney!-----Update: The replacement foam inserts are extremely hard for me to replace my son put the first one on and it fell and came off and have to wait for son to come to replace. It should have some Give! I am sure many seniors don't have the strength to do this which many seniors need this. Would be willing to pay more to put some "give" to make replacing easy.

Love this. Totally worth the $. I bought a different cheaper “back lotion distribution gadget” a year ago. This is by far superior. If you live in a cold climate, buy this. It has solved my dry itchy skin issues. You do need to purchase quality moisturizing cream — but I believe I use less whole utilizing this item.

I like that the applicator folds, that is very convenient. However I agree with another review I read that it’s a roller and not the best applicator… I still need to use my old applicator to rub the lotion in. Also when you apply lotion to the roller, the roller is not stable and turns due to gravity. I wish I could combine a stable applicator with the folding handle.

This my 3rd back applicator. They work great. I can reach my whole back with lotion. I would recommend it to anyone.

I thought I would end up with a wet mess on my back, but no. Spread the lotion over the roller with your finger and start rolling. Well made and the extra sponge is good to have. Since it is curved I didn’t have much luck with the hole to hang it, but the “cratcher” hangs off the edge of my mirror. Plus, it has a handy bag and folds to fit in drawer. Love it.

Although I found it a bit pricey, I am very satisfied with this purchase. The bear back lotion applicator reaches on my back where I cannot with ease. The foam head is easy to remove for washing after each use.I know it will just as useful in the summer for applying sunscreen. I also like the fact that the handle folds and therefore takes less room for storage.

I just love this. Good coverage, reaches all the spots I never could before. Very sturdy item, not cheaply made. I'm going to get a lot of use out of this item.

It's foldable and has a good reach.
