Doesn’t Work on Sand
Bought these for a trip to White Sands. They dont slide at all on sand because of the way they are designed. The holes for the handles allowed sand to fill the sled. Also, one of th3 handles cracked and broke. Luckily, some nice children let my granddaughters borrow their sleds so they could slide down the dunes.

The disc is more durable than the sleds of similar price and quality. We got at least 1 day of sledding accomplished with this sled. @ kids and 2 adults used this sled on not powdery snow. The kids are of average height and weight 6 and 8. The adults were of average height and weight 5"9 and 160-200lbs. The handle cracked but all and all it functioned very well and is still functional.

This worked great in the snow!
It really was “slippery”. Used it to saucer downhill on long, long snow-covered hills and even did well on a short 10 foot hill in front of the house. Worked well on long hills for 4-year-old grandson and also worked well for 3 adults sliding individually and 1 adult holding a 2-year-old.

I read the positive reviews, but am not impressed
Bought this for my 7 year old daughter. I've been tired of getting the brittle sleds from the store only to have them break on the first day of use. This sled hasn't shattered like the others, but one handle did break right away. I have no doubt that the body of this sled will probably last, but unfortunately it's very slow on the snow. Didn't go very far, or fast at all.Had bought one to test it out before I bought more. I won't buy another.

the material is sturdy, durable and reliable for the snow. My grandson used it and loved it and I had to try it our and I'm 145 lbs it was able to hold me and let me have some fun too! I would purchase another. We used it all day and had a blast.

Worked great for us!
We do live in the south, so snow does not happen regularly. Therefore, I cannot comment on the long-term durability of this product. I have a 10 year old and 12 year old that shared this sled and used it on about 4 - 6 inches of snow. We did spray the bottom with cooking spray, as suggested by other reviewers. Sled was easy for the kids to carry, did not crack or break, went fast, and kids enjoyed sledding for hours! I think it was a great value for the price and for our needs.

Cheap plastic
Works ok but it's going to break soon. Thin plastic for the price. Buy something better quality.
