This fan is FANtastic!
If I could give this fan 10 stars, I would. The output is amazing on LOW, so it's really good when on medium or high. It does make noise, but that's 75% of the reason we buy a fan. Or maybe 95%. But the noise is a good brown noise range, and not annoying or hard to sleep with. The remote works well, and it's a good solid fan with only off and on and three speeds and a timer. I haaaaaaate having all the ridiculous options on a fan like breeze or trees or whatever. We just want a fan that has good output and makes good background noise to sleep to, and this one is PERFECT. Easy to assemble, and it's going to be easy to take the cage apart to clean the blades when necessary. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Great fan
I love me a good fan, this one has great airflow. It’s a bit loud but i love the noise, I appreciate it comes with a remote control, it’s very efficient. The size is a bit big but won’t do bad in a large room. It’s a great pick overall. Will last you a while.

Well Blow Me Down...
Awesome fan - it can create a refreshing breeze to a tropical hurricane in its power level, it stands securely, looks beautiful with a smooth, glossy design, the remote works well if you aim it right (you have to point it at the neck of the fan, and it one of the quietest fans I've ever owned - soothing, in fact.My only minor gripes are aligned with some I've read in other reviews: firstly, I wish you could control the movement of the fan head with the remote instead of having to pull on the switch in the back, and secondly a longer cable would be nice. Fully extended it looks less than 4 feet, but an extension cord will fix that problem.Either way well worth the price and I'm hoping it gets me through the summer and well beyond.

Great fan, but....
Overall a very nice fan for the price. I had an older Lasko fan that finally gave out so I ordered this Pelonis 16" fan to replace it. It's practically the same fan, though the older Lasko fan didn't have a remote, but only a 3-speed dial on the top and the oscillation control. I don't think Lasko is around anymore, and both Lasko fans and Pelonis are both made by Intertek, so they are probably the same company.Overall the quality of the fan seems good for the price. The remote works well. Remote requires two AAA batteries, which are not included. The base for this fan is nice and heavy, but not overly cumbersome. I owned an old Lasko fan about 12 years ago (not the one I replaced) and it had an extremely wide plastic based that was almost twice as large as the base for the new Pelonis, so that was nice. Everything is mostly part for the course except for two things which I will explain now.First of all, I use a fan mainly for the noise it generates so that I can sleep. I am very sensitive to outside noises and like to have the sound of a fan to sleep to. This fan is definitely louder than my old Lasko fan. I even removed the Pelonis fan blades and put my old Lasko fan blades on, which helped slightly, but the fan is still pretty loud, and I've noticed that it takes me longer to fall asleep, and when I was up in the morning, I feel like my ears and brain have been overstimulated during the night. I'm not sure if this will improve as I get used to the fan, but I'm hoping it will. So I'm really on the cusp about recommending this fan for people who want a quiet fan for sleeping. It's much louder than my old fan, but given my old fan has been dying a slow death, it may have slowed down a bit over the past 6 months or so.I have been running the fan on the high speed setting to break it in, then using the low speed setting for sleep, but now I'll discuss my next complaint. The three fan speeds are not much different. Low, Medium and High, or 1, 2, 3, or whatever you want to call the fan speeds, well, they're honestly not that different. Yes, I can hear the fan speed up slightly, but there really isn't much of a difference between the three speeds, both in speed and sound. I'm not sure if this fan is working as intended or not, but it may be an issue requiring me to return the fan back to Amazon or the manufacturer. I'm just not sure yet. For the time being, I'll keep the speed at low while I sleep and see if I get used to it. If I don't after two weeks, I'm going to need to order another fan and try something else instead.I also found myself appreciating the remote control. It's fairly basic. You can turn the fan on/off. Set the fan speed, and also set a timer. I'm not sure what the duration of the timer is, but I think 1, 2 and 3 hours? Maybe not. It's not a feature I intend to use, so it's irrelevant for me. You can't control the oscillation from the remote though, so not sure if that is a deal breaker for anyone. So overall, it's a nice fan. A bit on the loud side if you plan to sleep with it turned on in your bedroom. If not, then that shouldn't be an issue at all. There isn't much difference in fan speed or sound between the low and high settings too, so that might be an issue for some. I think if Pelonis addresses the speed issue, then there wouldn't really be anything to complain about with this fan and would have earned a 5-star from me.

Great fan!
I purchased this fan used, but it works like new! The oscillation is smooth, and the three-speed settings provide just the right amount of airflow. The remote control is a great convenience, allowing adjustments without having to get up. The 7-hour timer is a nice feature, especially for nighttime use. The adjustable height makes it versatile for different room setups. Overall, a great buy—even secondhand, it runs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Thar she blows!
Needed a new pedestal fan and saw this one on sale? Is that a REMOTE I see?? For same price as cheapy Lasko fans?? SOLD! Assembly was simple, I’m sorry but anyone having difficulty putting this together (I’m looking at you one star review with video) should really just focus on converting oxygen into carbon dioxide and nothing more. Remote is great, and you’ll need it because you’re gonna wanna park this little oscillating a** kicker a fair distance away as it blows harder than your uncle after a few drinks going on about politics. Low setting is defiantly higher than most, and high approaches gale force gusts. Fine by me, but I can see how it may be too much for some people. Coinciding with that, the noise is also slightly elevated but not by much. I like fan noise, but if you’re looking for silent in low, this isn’t for you. Timer is nice also, but this baby runs 24/7 so Ill probably never use it. All in all great fan though, let the good times blow!
