The dishes look very nice. Every item seems to be unique. Glazing is perfect and the dishes feel hefty. Bowls are a bit larger than what we are used to but perhaps that's the size all bowls should be. Perfect for a good portion of cereal without risk of spilling the milk.

Not truthful about whete made..states family owned for 40 years in L A.They are made in China...

So disappointed when received. Almost every dish of the 16 pc set had quality control issues. There were defects in almost ever piece. Bubbles, stamped color faded in many pieces, brown flecks of paint left on the blue colors. This was without a doubt the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon! In true Amazon fashion though, they made it right immediately and that is why I remain a satisfied Amazon customer. Just don't waste you time and effort in ordering these--you will be disappinted!!!!

I wanted to love these plates and I did at first but Ive only had them 6months and they crack/split in the microwave and are not useable now. I bought two sets and it was a complete waist of money. The plates split so bad in the microwave liquid would run through the cracks. I did not use these in the microwave for long it would crack within the first minute of being in there. DO NOT BUY, if you do be careful not to use in the microwave!

LOVE this dishware! Looks like it was handmade and can even see “fingerprints”. The bowls are exceptionally large which is ok for me but you may want to consider this if you’re using the bowls on a tablescape. One of my bowls came cracked but the seller replaced it no questions asked with an entire full set. Very happy all around!
