Very nice and practical backpack. The leather is textured, but very soft. I love how the backpack feels on my back; it’s very comfortable. The bag is great for travel and as an everyday bag. I’m happy because my S. Galaxy Ultra 23 fits in the back pocket. The only con is the black interior. This is my favorite backpack.

This is the perfect backpack for travel, especially if you want to be stylish about it too! I love that I can clip the main compartment partially closed to prevent someone from unzipping it while I'm touring a new city and the pocket that is against the back portion of the bag. The leather is very nicely pebbled and looks like it should hold up well to any environment. Definitely can tell it's a high-end item. The interior of this back is just a black fabric and the hardware is silver. One thing to note, when the metal clip is unclasped from the bottom portion of the bag (you can see it in the bottom middle of the picture) you can expand the bag out a bit to potentially fit more inside of it. This clip can also be clipped on the very top portion of the bag to reveal only leather and hide the main zipper.

Great backpack. I travel with it pretty often now, since you can latch the hook at the top and protect the main zipper compartment. I love the zip pocket on the back for easy phone/small necessity access. It's the kind of bag that you'll only love more as the years/adventures go by. Really glad I made the investment.

The design is so beautiful but the leather is extremely stiff so the backpack feels like cardboard. Lookiking at the picture and the design I thought it was going to be like a very loose and flexible leather... but it wasn't. Also the zipper is very sharp and it kind of hurts when opening or closing.

I first bought the fiber RM Julian bag and even though it was a smart looking backpack, it had no inside pockets and just the 2 front zip pockets. This leather version has 3 outside pockets and 3 inside pockets. Way more organized and right up my alley. Love the pebbled leather that is a little stiffer than the fiber one so it keeps its shape. Amazon had this for a great price and of course it came fast. Cannot beat Amazon. Glad I took a chance on the leather Julian version.

I had one if these bags in gray and wanted one in black. My gray hag has buttery soft leather, and thisbine felt like plastic. Super stiff to the pont that the fold over the zipper would not kay down. Returned it and ordered a replacement for cheaper from Neiman Marcus.... Love the replacement I bought.

This is my 2nd Rebecca Minkoff Julian backpack. My first one was stolen two years ago..so I finally replaced it this week.. I am very surprised at how stiff this is, despite several reviewers saying the same thing. My first one I purchased was from Zappos and it was soft and supple..I am going to keep this one as I love the style so much and hope that the leather will soften up sooner than later. Thinking about reaching out to Rebecca Minkoff as well.

I love this bag. I've purchased it elsewhere and was sent a mini so I was holding my breath until it came. Mine is exactly like the picture. Pebbled and stiffer leather, which is what I wanted. I have a nylon one that I love but I wanted a more structured one that would hold its shape. It's beautiful! Mine came with extra tassels but did not come with a dust bag. I only mention this because I saw someone else did receive this.

Wife is very happy with this bag. Not soft leather, just in case that is what you are looking for. Quite stiff and keeps its form. Excellent build quality.

Love this bag!! I’ve been admiring it for a while and finally couldn’t help but add it to the Christmas wish list. Definitely not disappointed. Lots of room and the strap stays on your shoulder without constantly having to readjust. Super happy with this bag.
