Q Snap Frame Quilting Embroidery Cross Stitch 11" x 17"

I bought this for a large thick cross stitch canvas project that my regular hoops definitely would not fit. It was a bit tough to get on there nice and tight at first but once it was on it works fabulously! It’s very sturdy and easy to hold.

I found my weavers cloth slipped a lot while making a punch needle project. This was my first time using this type of frame and I discovered late in the process that if I added extra fabric under the clamps things stayed in place better. think it would work great for quilters.

These Q Snap frames are nothing short of amazing. I have them in 3 sizes now & each different sized hoop has a project in it. I love that you can tighten up the frame as needed because it drives me crazy when my frame/hoop gets saggy when I have been embroidering for a while. When I heard about these frames 6 months ago, I started buying them as gifts for family & friends who do needlework. I am doing a Valentine's Day runner & have decided to hand quilt it with big stitches & this 11 x 17 inch hoop. My husband loves TV in the evenings & since I want to be with him, hand stitching while we are watching TV helps me not to feel like a couch potato. This is a great invention & a great replacement for hoops.

This is not my first one. I wore out the clips one one that I had for 15 plus years and can use both frames now. I also ordered clip replacements since I really like the portability for quilting in the car on a road trip with my husband.

I was worried this would be hard to hold because of the size but it’s very comfortable.

Qsnap brand is literally the only brand I will ever buy for my frames again. Great quality, holds together really well without falling apart, and holds the fabric nice and tight.

Love that I could purchase it in the 11x17 size. It's a little hard to handle in that size, but still worth the purchase.
