The Principal′s Guide to Managing School Personnel

This is a must have if you are pursuing an instructional leadership degree. I have not liked many books I had to purchase for classes UNTIL I had to read this one! I am sure when I become and administrator this will be my go to! I have learned sooooo much from this book. Its not the BIBLE, but it could be for an administrator.

Had to purchase for my midmamagemen degree. I typically don’t write reviews for textbooks, but i absolutley loved this book. It’ll stay on my bookshelf instead of being backed up like many of my other textbooks. Great insight and perspective.

Easy to read, straight to the point. Very practical applications. A must for those seeking to be principals.

Sorenson did a fine job of writing this book. I enjoy the case studies and how well written and organized it is .
